The MFMO Council

The MFMO Council comprises of 7 members, elections were held last May and the new Council is once again working for the best interest of its Members. Today`s targets apart from others is the implementation of the project - Mulit-touch Interactive Surfaces (MIS) - which is co-funded by MaltaEnterpriise under the Network Development scheme.

» Currently working with Health and Safety Authority to promote awareness to members regarding Health and Safety in the Furniture Industry. Also providing educational assistance to members to be compliant with the 22 Directives related to the Furniture Industry

» Participation in `Leonardo Da Vinci Program`

» Cooperation and dialogue with other Maltese Organisation`s

» Improvement on skills relating towards the improvement of business (Management, Costings and Efficiency) through tailor made seminars

» Further development networks amongst local and foreign enterprises

» Further co-operation with UEA

» Business support to members, creating frequent dialogue between members.
